Based in the Coleambally and Narrandera region, Erin works with irrigated growers across a range of cropping systems.

Erin will discuss how the current water market is influencing decisions for this summer’s planting program, along with the water-related decisions growers are making to finish their winter crops. She’ll also explore why, under today’s water dynamics, maximising yield is not always the most profitable outcome

A local Water Broker with Spencer & Bennett based in Leeton, Dave will provide a short overview of the different water entitlement types and inter-valley trading.

As our expert in water markets and pricing, he will share valuable insights into how last season ended and current market movements.

Solicitor with Cater & Blumer, Bobbie works between Griffith & Leeton. With a strong grasp on NSW water legislation and a background advising Helen Dalton on water policy, Bobbie brings valuable expertise and perspective to our panel. Bobbie is currently representing land holders affected by the Reconnecting Rivers Program and will provide an overview of the program, where it is up to and how land holders are affected.

CEO of the Murrumbidgee Private Irrigators Inc & Murrumbidgee Groundwater Inc. Jenna also works closely with the National Irrigators’ Council and the NSW Irrigators’ Council.

Jenna will be discussing the Flood Works Approval process currently affecting local land holders. She will also provide an update on the Independent Review of the Snowy Water Inquiry Outcomes Implementation Deed  and how it will affect us here in the MI.
