Murrumbidgee Ag Connection (MAC) is officially launched in Spring, 2024.

Our mission is to provide networking and professional development opportunities for young people connected to agriculture and the land. MAC attracts those from all corners of the Murrumbidgee Irrigation catchment and the western Riverina. We look forward to hosting events across our beautiful region and supporting some of our smaller local towns and venues. Our region encompasses a broad cross section of agriculture from dryland and irrigated cropping to horticulture and livestock sectors. MAC brings together individuals from across these diverse agricultural sectors, connecting people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to engage with one another. While MAC connects young people, our events are open to everyone—there’s no age limit. Some events may be more tailored to specific age groups, while others are designed to engage the broader agricultural industry and specific regional communities. We hope that MAC will assist in attracting and keeping young people in our region long term.
